My story
Cricket and her sister Bug came in together from one of our rescue partners: wide-eyed and a bit unsure. Bug has since been adopted, and now Cricket is looking for her own forever home.Cricket was initially a bit standoffish, but has really come around: she watches for you to approach and meows to ask for pets as you pass by. We think she wants to be even more affectionate, but she seems to be overwhelmed by having all the other cats around. She’s a lover not a fighter, and will often sit away from the crowd of other cats, waiting for you to come to her. Because of this, Cricket would do best in a household with no dogs, no young children (older children would be okay), and a family willing to give her the time and patience she needs to adjust. If you are interested in meeting Cricket, please text us at
for a pre-adoption questionnaire. Once we receive your inquiry, we will do our best to text you back in a timely manner.
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cricket, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
